Christian Conduct and Legal Responsibility
MissionaryConnect and the Digital Missions Display exist to serve local churches and help keep the harvest field visible before the congregation. Our desire is to support churches, missionaries, and believers as they work together to advance the Gospel around the world.
We believe that relationships within the body of Christ should be marked by grace, honesty, and mutual accountability.
A Biblical Principle
The Scriptures encourage believers to resolve disputes in a Christ-honoring way.
1 Corinthians 6 teaches that followers of Christ should seek reconciliation and wisdom within the church rather than turning immediately to civil courts when disagreements arise between believers.
Our desire is that all interactions with MissionaryConnect would reflect the spirit of Christian fellowship, cooperation, and respect.
Commitment to Integrity
MissionaryConnect is committed to operating with integrity, transparency, and honesty in serving churches and missionaries.
We work diligently to provide a reliable platform that helps churches manage missionary information and display their missions program in a meaningful way.
At the same time, MissionaryConnect remains a technology platform designed to assist churches. The responsibility for how missionary information is managed and displayed remains with the subscribing church and its administrators.
Responsibility of Churches and Administrators
Church leaders and administrators are responsible for:
• Ensuring the accuracy of missionary information entered into the platform
• Confirming that permission has been granted to publish missionary photos, videos, or prayer letters
• Properly managing visibility settings for missionaries serving in sensitive locations
• Exercising wisdom in what information is shared publicly
MissionaryConnect provides tools to assist churches in managing this information, but it does not independently verify the content submitted by users.
Protection of Sensitive Mission Fields
MissionaryConnect includes features designed to help churches protect missionaries serving in restricted or creative-access areas.
While the platform provides tools to limit visibility and protect sensitive information, no technology system can guarantee complete protection of all data once it is published.
Church administrators are responsible for determining what information is safe to display and for configuring the platform appropriately.
Technical Environment
MissionaryConnect operates through internet-connected systems and devices that are maintained by the subscribing church.
The platform is not responsible for issues related to local hardware, internet connectivity, device configuration, or other technical conditions outside the MissionaryConnect service.
Commitment to Peaceful Resolution
If a concern or dispute arises regarding the MissionaryConnect platform or services, we strongly encourage churches and users to contact our team directly so the matter can be addressed promptly and respectfully.
Our desire is always to resolve concerns in a cooperative and Christ-honoring manner that reflects the unity believers share in Christ.
Purpose of the Platform
MissionaryConnect and the Digital Missions Display exist to help churches remain connected to the missionaries they support.
By providing tools that organize missionary information and present it visually through interactive displays, the platform helps congregations remain aware of the work of the Gospel around the world.
The responsible and careful use of these tools remains the stewardship of the church and its administrators.
