Create Local User #
In order to create a Windows user, the first step is to go to the Settings app and click on Accounts. From there, select Family and other users then click on Add someone else to this PC. It is important to choose the option to add a user without a Microsoft account if you want to create a local account. Enter a username for the new local account, such as “admin”, and choose the account type as Administrator. Then click OK and sign out of the current account. Sign back into the new local account to complete the process.

Software Install Instructions. #
Before installing missionsApp software, ensure that you have Windows 10 Pro for kiosk mode. You can then visit the missiondisplay.org website and click on the Resources Tab in the Download link. This will open the Windows Store app installer. Click on Install to download and install the software and any necessary updates or components. It will automatically download any missing software, such as .Net. While it updates, it will download the pinch and zoom map which may take 30 or 40 seconds depending on your internet connection. Once it is done, the installation is complete.
